About the Stacker Ring Workshop
Work with Nikki, who is an experienced Goldsmith for over 30 years, to make 2 silver stacker rings in this pop-up jewellery class in Glusburn Institute on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in the village of Glusburn.
In a friendly and relaxed class you will learn traditional methods of the jewellery trade from; measuring, cutting, filing, texturing, soldering and polishing. Then leave wearing the two silver rings you have made.



All materials and tools are provided along with tea and coffee..






About The Bangle Workshop
Nikki will guide you through traditional techniques of jewellery making, sharing her knowledge of over 30 years as a professional goldsmith. You will make a silver bangle either plain or patterned, then you will design and make your own individual charm to hang from the bangle. the classes are fun, relaxing and you will leave with not only a bangle you have created but a real sense of accomplishment!



About The Silver Clay Workshops
Nikki has been a Goldsmith for over 30 years and has an extensive knowledge in making jewellery.
Nikki also has an ACWUK Level 1 Diploma, which qualifies her to teach silver clay jewellery classes. The diploma that Nikki achieved is based on the curriculum developed in Japan and has worldwide recognition.
What is Silver Clay?
It’s very simple – Silver clay is a clay-like material made up of fine metal particles, organic binder and water. Once fired it leaves .999 fine silver, which enables you to create beautiful silver jewellery.

What is involved?
This is an introduction and beginners class where you will learn how to make your own silver jewellery using silver clay. At Glusburn Institute on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales.
You will learn how to use it to produce two to three finished pieces, depending on the size you make, including a pendant and a pair of drop earrings. No previous experience in metal clay or jewellery is required.

What’s included in the workshop?
• 7g Art Silver Clay – which is enough silver clay for 2-3 pieces
• Use of the tools and equipment
• A silver 18” chain, jump rings and earring wires
• The chance to purchase more chains or ear wires if necessary






Private classes can be arranged if you are celebrating a birthday or special occasion or just a get together with friends.
